No special equipment needed
You might think you know how to make a salad, but do you really? Here is a salad recipe that you can make in a matter of minutes and is worthy of a gourmet restaurant - actually better than a salad you would get in most restaurants!
100g organic salad leaf
50g alfalfa sprouts
25g sauerkraut
15g dulse flakes
10 olives
20 dried tomatoes
1T capers
Dressing:
1T tahini
1T flaxseed oil
1t apple cider vinegar
1t mustard
2T water
Topping:
1T Super Salad Sprinkle
Rinse the leaf if necessary. Put in a large (2 litre) salad bowl along with the other salad ingredients, and mix well.
To make the dressing, put all the ingredients in a small bowl and blend together with a hand whisk or a fork.
Pour the dressing over the salad, and top with the salad sprinkle. Prepare for salad bliss!
Takes 10 minutes
Serves 2 (or one hungry raw foodist!)
