Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm on the same working day. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). While the vast majority of orders are dispatched on time, same-day dispatch and next-day delivery are not guaranteed. Delivery times provided are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control.
Receiving Your Order: Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel, or provide delivery instructions where appropriate. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional delivery charges may apply. If you request that your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, this is done at your own risk and we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Returns & Refunds: You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition unless agreed otherwise.
• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no cost
• For standard returns, a £3 return fee may be deducted from the refund
• For larger parcels (over 10kg), return costs may be higher depending on the service required

Products & Availability: All product images are for illustration purposes only and actual items may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with options which may include:
• waiting for restock
• a suitable alternative
• a partial shipment
• a refund
Some products are sourced internationally and may occasionally be subject to delays. We will keep you informed where this occurs.
International Orders: We ship internationally; however, we do not charge import duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees applied by their country. If an international order is returned due to unpaid charges, we will refund the order minus shipping and any return costs incurred.
Refer a Friend: Referral rewards are applied automatically when a valid referral link is used.
• The referred customer must be new
• Orders shipping to the same address as the referrer are excluded
• Points are credited 28 days after the qualifying purchase
Events: All events are subject to a strict cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person at no additional cost. It is your responsibility to arrange this transfer.
