UK Delivery

We offer a range of delivery options depending on the size and weight of your order.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same day, with most leaving by 2pm, excluding public holidays and busy periods.

For most standard orders up to 10kg, we use Royal Mail.

• Tracked 48: 3–5 working days — £3.85 or free over £65
• Tracked 24: 1–2 working days — £5.00 or free over £99

For heavier orders over 10kg, we use Parcelforce Express.

• 1–2 working day delivery, Monday to Friday
• £7.95 or free over £149

This service is automatically selected at checkout for heavier orders over 10kg.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and offshore locations may take slightly longer. Parcelforce rates may also vary depending on location and parcel weight.

International Shipping

We ship from the UK to customers worldwide using Royal Mail and DHL Express.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We do not charge taxes or duties on international orders. You may be required to pay import duties, taxes or handling fees when your order arrives. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

If charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the order minus shipping and any return costs incurred.

Some products may be restricted in certain countries, so please check your local regulations before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Free returns for incorrect, damaged or faulty items
• £3 Royal Mail return fee for standard returns, deducted from the refund
• Parcelforce returns for parcels over 10kg start from £20

Items must be unopened, unused and in resalable condition unless agreed otherwise.

Please email hello@rawliving.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and arrange the most suitable return method.

We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if needed.

Customers are responsible for returned items until they reach us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for non-fault returns.
