Our Roots
Raw Living was founded in London in 2002 by Kate Magic, launched alongside the release of her first recipe book, Eat Smart Eat Raw. As the business grew out of the garden shed, Chris Wood came on board as Managing Director in 2007. Together as joint partners — supported by our wonderful team in our Totnes, Devon warehouse — our mission is to bring the finest raw vegan foods and superfoods to as many people as possible.
As long-term vegans and raw-fooders, Raw Living is not simply a business for us; it’s a way of life that we have lived and shared for decades. We’ve seen how a vibrant, conscious approach to food can uplift people in many ways, opening the door to greater energy, clarity, and connection.

Every product at Raw Living is selected or created with care. Our own-brand range includes over 150 lines, from raw chocolate and herbal teas to green powder blends, activated nuts and more. We partner with ethical growers, we champion organic sources, and we make sure that our products are aligned with our values of sustainability and integrity.

We are a Living Wage Employer, registered organic with Organic Farmers and Growers, and are accredited by the Ethical Company Association. We are also SALSA certified. With the exception of bee products, all the food products on the site are fully vegan.
