Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. 

You also earn points for referring friends, following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and are even gifted with bonus points just for having a birthday! In addition to earning points, members have the chance to get exclusive access to coupons, launches, promotions, giveaways, and more.

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Yes, you will receive points even when you check out as a guest. Once you login, you will see how many points you have already earned.

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward.

100 points = £1

Higher tiers in the VIP tier program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 100 points always = £1. For example, as an Elevated member, you will earn 1.25 points for every pound that you spend. So, if you spend £100, you'll earn 125 points = £2.50.

When you move up to become an Ascended member, you will be earning points even faster, so if you spend £100, you’ll earn 150 points = £2.75.

You can use your points to claim free products. Only one product can be redeemed per transaction. There must be a paid product in the cart in order to be able to redeem. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, discounts or loyalty codes.

For starters, each member gets a reward just for joining our rewards program. Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points, leave us a review, or successfully refer a friend.

Nope!  That’s the best part about being a rewards member!  You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.

Although there is a limitation to how many points you can redeem in a single order, the maximum is £20.

To use a £5 voucher, the minimum spend is £70.
To use a £10 voucher, the minimum spend is £125.
To use a £20 voucher, the minimum spend is £250.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.

Points cannot be used on trade accounts. Points are not awarded when purchasing high value events such as courses and retreats.

Vouchers cannot be used for bulk purchases or for events. 'Bulk purchases' include any 10kg size product or above.

Equipment products like Blenders and Dehydrators are also excluded from the rewards scheme, so will not accrue points or allow voucher redemption against purchases.
