Pitted Greek Green Olives in brine infused with Herbes de Provence.

Unpasteurised, Fully Matured and Fermented.  

Crisply firm, hand sorted and even more handily stoned Greek Amfissa Olives.

Perfect for daily cooking.  Try them with diced peppers and a squish of lemon juice or straight into salads. Crisp.

How To Use

All these olives are still marinating. Only recommendation is to consume everything (all the olives and all the oil) within 12 - 18 months and do not refrigerate them. They don't need it - even when opened. The oil is the preservative and also adds to the flavour.
