This call offers a grounded yet expansive space to orient yourself
within the current energetic landscape. Kate brings clarity to complex themes, helping you make sense of what’s unfolding and how to work with it in a practical, embodied way. You’ll be guided into a deeper state of awareness and integration, followed by an opportunity to reflect, share, or simply witness others within a respectful and supportive group field. You’re welcome to participate actively or remain quiet and receive - both are equally valid.

📆 12 Classes:
April 8th, May 13th, June 10th, July 8th, August 12th, September 9th, October 14th, November 11th, December 13th, January 10th, February 14th, March 10th (provisional dates, subject to change).

🕗 The classes usually take place on the second Wednesday of the month at 8:00 PM. If you can’t join live, you will receive the recording the following day.

Once you’ve purchased the event, you’ll receive an email with a PDF containing all the details and the Zoom link to join.You can join live on Zoom or receive the audio recording the next day.If you don’t receive the email:
