"Though this formula contains a number of herbs, it is heavily based on Polygala, and it seems to have only one purpose on this earth, which is to enhance human will. Many of my thoughts are manifesting / materializing before my eyes and ears, fast, daily. Synchronicities and alignments are appearing out of the blue. I am becoming more mindful of my thoughts. I do not take this formula every day. I can't say much more than this."

"This supplement is somehow difficult to review as it is kicking in a quite a subtle and abstract level.Since taking it I have been observing myself and my daily patterns, something is shifting but its quite hard to pin point exactly what is is. I also feel more present during my meditations and i seem to be able to sense energy at a more intricate level,, sometimes visual mantrasoccur. In some strange way Ive also startied to notice a delicate sense of grace related to body movement and energetic flow, l would describe it like a light awakening of something invisible. All of this probably sounds very personal and abstract but I am very curious to read other users reviews. I do combine these with other shen supplements which could be working synergetically.
