How to use

To make the healthiest instant chocolate snack on the planet, mix:

1T Gopals activated tahini
1T yacon syrup
2T Tonic Power

Roll into balls and put them in the freezer to set. You can eat them straight from the freezer. Makes 6 truffles.

For chocolate spread, mix:

1T almond or hazelnut butter
1T yacon syrup
1T hemp oil
1T Tonic Power

To make chocolate bars, take 100g Tonic Power and add 100g melted cacao butter or coconut oil & 10 drops stevia (or your favourite sweetener). Set in fridge or freezer. Makes 10 servings.

For hot chocolate, use 1T tonic power, 1T coconut butter, 3 drops stevia (or your favourite sweetener), 1 tsp cinnamon & 500ml hot water. Blend. Makes 2 cups.

For chocolate smoothies try:

1 frozen avocado or banana
1T tocotrienols or lecithin
1T shelled hemp seeds
500ml coconut water
