We take freshly harvested European almonds and soak them to release enzyme inhibitors and phytic acid, making them easier to digest and gentler on your gut.
Then we coat them in a vibrant blend of organic spices that make the flavours sing and your body smile. Trikatu adds a spicy kick rooted in Ayurvedic tradition. Cayenne brings the heat and wakes up the palate. Turmeric adds warming, golden depth. Apple cider vinegar brings a bright, tangy balance. Baobab is naturally rich in vitamin C and fibre. Celtic salt brings natural minerals and savoury depth. Enjoy them by the handful or sprinkle onto a salad. However you eat them, we think you’ll agree, they’re the most gut-loving almonds you’ve ever tasted.
