In 2005, raw cacao wasn’t even available in powder form. Back then, we only had whole cacao beans, so we got creative—grinding them with Brazil nuts and agave nectar to create our very first raw chocolate bar: The Hi-Bar.

By 2006, with the arrival of cacao nibs, we elevated our craft, launching the world’s first true superfood chocolate bars—including the legendary:
