User friendly and beautiful book

"An easy to use book, well presented and full of great raw food ideas. Love all the background information and identifying recipes that need specific equipment. I don’t have a dehydrator but there are lots of concoctions that don’t need one. I’m experiencing cancer at the moment and loving my clean, vibrant raw nutrition. People constantly tell me how well I look. A magical book by Kate Magic 😊"

The Raw Living Recipe Book (Print Edition)

"Absolutely love this book! I had the original edition but couldn't resist the spiral bound one with pictures. So many gorgeous recipes, and the spiral makes it easy to browse & hold open when creating in the kitchen. It was a nice surprise that it included the Kate Magic website recipes too!"

Updated Raw Living Book - Life Changing!

"I've been researching the raw diet for a few years now. I'll go a little while on it, and then struggle. A lot of times it's because of my schedule, and I don't have time. But also, I was just struggling to find enough simple raw recipes I could follow and like. I went to Kate's talk about the book, and I was immediately sold. She wrote this when she was still a mom of 3 young ones, with a busy schedule and most of the ingredients are simple ones you can get from the store. This is EXACTLY what I needed. The first day I got it I filled my small cheap dehydrator with food (it's still on...lol), and have booked marked almost every page to try out. So if you are like me, who doesn't have a lot of time to cook, who doesn't have a huge income to afford rare food and who wants things that are simple, reasonably quick (I say reasonably, cause the dehydrator and soaking can take a while, but if you plan this in advance they are quick and it's all part of the lifestyle), but you want really tasty food. Then this updated addition is a must. I actually had the old addition, and although there were some similar recipes, there are lots of new amazing ones in this. Also it has beautiful photos of the food. And there are a lot less nut bases recipes (which I appreciate cause nuts are expensive, take a while to soak, and my cheap little blender struggled with them, I'd rather just eat them as they are). But most importantly, the money goes straight to Kate and Raw Living, and not just some publisher! So if you love this site, please buy this. Did you gather I really love this book? Thanks Kate."
