These are worth buying

"These books are very informative, Kate is clearly very awake, spiritual and knowledgeable."

Tranformative!

"The audible version feels like listening to a wise, caring friend. Kate has a beautiful gift for simplifying the mental, emotional, physical knowledge and life skills and make them feel inspiring, empowering, clear and completely within reach. Her authentic journey encourages reflection and shows how life can shift the moment you do. It brings you back to the idea that when you work on your inner self, the outer world naturally follows. It’s a book for women at any age and maybe men too? Understanding how hormones drive us is transformative. So many aha-moments! Thank you!"

Empowering for all members of humanity!

"Listening to the audio book. I love Kate’s voice expressing her own words. It voices lots of fears and suppressed thoughts that women have and it’s wonderful to hear Kate express her own shadows. I can hardly stop listening - need a drive to Scotland to hear it all!"

This should be taught in schools

"A book written by a woman for women to empower them at any stage of their hormonal life. I am not sure what they are teaching young women in schools these days about their hormones and relationships but this book should form part of the curriculum to set them up for the choices they will make. I really enjoyed the section on hormone characters which made them totally relateable."

The Empowered Woman - enlightening & supportive

"Only half way through this book and am experiencing loads of light bulb moments. Kates explanation of the complexities of our hormones is straight to the point. She adds to this the challenges of living in a fast-paced world that champions money over caring and individuals over community, making it blindingly easy to understand how we (especially women) feel unloved, ungrateful and burnt out. Kate puts the power firmly back in our hands so we can navigate a more inspiring way through life. Another top book from Kate Magic!"

One of my favourite books ever

"This book is solid gold, i just bought a copy for a friend and she loves it too. I wish everyone could read this, it is jam packed from beginning to end on such interesting information that you just cant find any where else. Kate has such a beautiful style of writing and explaining things. Highly recommended"

Like having a friendly chat with a well informed friend

"I really enjoyed Kate's personal approach in this book - it felt like having a friendly chat with a well informed friend. That approach helped me absorb the information and make it relevant to me and my life. And it's not too long - a definate bonus for slow readers like me! I really value Kate's knowledge and experience - I find books that are just info too heavy to digest, whereas this was like a deliciously balance, tasty meal - it sat well with me!"

I understand life in a new way now!

"Suddenly I see life through and from a whole new angle and perspektive. So greatful for the wisdome Kate share in this book! I keep thinking while reading that WHY do I only learn about this now? We should talk about this in school! Parentes should tell their kids! Anyway, greatful that somebody finaly wrote this book. Kate Magic is a wonderful writer and makes this complex system understandable."
