Instructions for Ayurvedic Oil Pulling for Healthy Gums and Teeth:

In the morning on an empty stomach, place one tablespoon of
Tachyonized Coconut Oil into your mouth. If solid, let the coconut oil
melt in your mouth, and then swish it around from side to side and
through the teeth. Continue this process for at most 20 minutes until
the oil has become thin and whitish, the full 20 minutes for maximum
effect at pulling toxins and bacteria from the gums and teeth. Do not
swallow the oil!! Then, spit out the oil into a garbage bin or outdoors
in nature - do not spit into a sink, toilet, or bathtub as oil can clog
pipes. Rinse with warm water or brush teeth with safe, natural
