From the Cerignola region of Puglia in Southern Italy, this olive variety is justly called ‘Bella’ (or beautiful) for its gorgeous proportion, firm texture and flavour.
Kate says, "The fattest olives you ever tried. I don't know how they do it. These are so meaty and succulent. A great filling snack or appetizer."
