Delicious Sicilian artichoke hearts, preserved fresh at harvest time in premium extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Cutrera. Expertly prepared in the heart of Sicily's Niscemi artichoke growing region, these deliver delicious flavour and texture. Cutrera, producer of the multiple award-winning Primo extra virgin, lightly seasons fresh artichokes with herbs, salt and vinegar, before preserving them under olive oil he mills himself.
