These potent extracts from Medicine Flower taste amazing and contain no alcohol nor artificial preservatives. The flavour raw materials are derived from flowers, nuts, or fruits. The extracts are obtained through a proprietary cold process extraction technology, excluding diluents, colorants, preservatives, etc., all conducted at temperatures below 118F.
Medicine Flower Genuine Flavors have been known and loved by many since their introduction in 2008. We have recently added new products and made some changes. Our Premium Flavor Line is a new addition to our products and is replacing our old Genuine Flavor line and will most closely match the old line in flavor and concentration.
These flavors are made following the same highly concentrated format with very similar all natural plant derived active constituents that were used in our original line. The base for this line is a bio-based PG which is derived from Vegetable Oil. These flavors are food grade and excellent for use in culinary, scent and cosmetic applications. Water and oil soluble, they are highly concentrated and do not contain any colorants, artificial preservatives, sugar, or calories and are wheat and gluten free.
A few drops is all it takes to flavor anything from baked goods, shaved ice, tea, coffee drinks, ice cream, desserts and smoothies. Try a drop or two in your drinking water with ice for a refreshing gourmet treat! They also work well for scenting massage oils or lotions, balms, bath oils, soaps and candles.
These Premium Flavors are very potent. Consistent comparisons with other products on the market show our flavor potency being many times stronger than traditionally marketed flavors. Generally, 1-5 drops of our flavors equal up to a teaspoon of other flavors.
Technical Information:
Our flavors are obtained through a proprietary technology conducted at temperatures below 118 degrees F. This process comprises a multi-stage extraction encompassing initial desiccation, lyophilization, CO2 and HFC extraction.
We do NOT sell so-called "Natural Flavors" (also known as "Natural Analogs") which are actually synthesized in a lab. All of our products are made from the material named on the label.

"I purchased my first bottle from Raw Living a good few years ago & I have been adding it to elixirs mostly. It elevates them phenomenally. I have a tip. This time I bought the larger bottle. I much prefer the smaller bottle & I'll tell you why. It's virtually impossible to administer one drop at a time with the larger one - I haven't managed it yet. And so I end up with far too many drops than I need, which is not very pleasant, A single drop is all you need to make things heavenly."

Beautiful addition to my larder and recipes
"Such a beautiful scented extract. Truly the best available....without alcohol was my must have....and organic and pure. I use it in chocolates and cakes etc....delicious. Works better than rose water, which I find to be always so faint. This is strong stuff. You only need a few drops for your choccies. Mixes well with all ingredients. For instance, if you whisk egg whites and sugar for meringues, add a few drops and it doesn't affect the consistency. Same with chocolate, add these drops to tempered chocolate and the chocolate doesn't pull a tantrum in the bowl. (I also use the drops in candle making, gives a beautiful scent into the room when used with pure beeswax) So yes, simply lovely. Unlike some of the other flavours offered by medicine flower, a few drops go along way. The sealed bottle, when housed in my larder, does give off a scent even when closed, which at first worried me. I figured that if I could smell the flavour that it was escaping. But alas, I've had several bottles now, some lasting a year plus...and the taste remains the same. And on the plus side, my larder does smell wonderful. So yes, big thumbs up...."
