"I wish I had bought this book earlier, as I had already stumbled through a transition to raw eating on my own, however, that still does not take away from the value of this book! Even though it is a smaller book, it is packed with information. And the size makes it feel less overwhelming as well, which is good. All of the essentials are there, so it's perfect for someone at the beginning of their journey. There are great recipes as well, that are simple, easy, yet not the same old recipes you find in other raw books. I tried the sunshine soup today, and it was amazing. I usually can't feel full from soup, but this one filled me right up, and had food combos I'd never thought to try before. The book talks about the benefits of the raw diet, and is written in a warm way, that makes you feel as if Kate is chatting to you. And it has a helpful list of links, recommendations and loads of goodies at the end too. I love that the book recommends stuff from this site (cause you'll know where you can find it), but also tells you about cheaper alternatives you can use too."

"This book is full of tips and tricks of how to follow a happier and healthier lifestyle. Even if you follow 50% of it you’re winning. I found it a bit hard to get started as I don’t usually soak nuts and use a dehydrator etc but the more time I give it the more it is becoming a part of my routine."
