Founded in 2014, 8Foods began with a simple mission: to showcase the transformative power of a low-sugar, high-raw diet. After reversing her own pre-diabetic symptoms through nutrition, founder Alexi combined lived experience with academic research, later completing an MSc in Organisational Psychology demonstrating how a high-raw, gluten-free, dairy-free and refined-sugar-free diet can enhance both productivity and emotional wellbeing.

"These are absolutely delicious, and one of the best raw crackers I have found. It's foods like this that make having a raw lifestyle that much easier. They are easy to take with you, and go with almost any dip. They are thin and crispy. And although they aren't particularly big, they are very filling.
