Mixed Beans were our Dad’s invention, years ago, and is still one of our best-selling sprouts today. With Chickpea, Adzuki, Mung, Green Lentil, Brown Lentil, and Pea, all in varying quantities designed to ensure a great taste. It has all the nutrient benefits of these sprouts combined. We use it all the time in stir-fries, tomato sauces, pasta, jacket potatoes – thrown it right at the end of cooking, as always, to protect the delicate nutrients.
100g of beans will produce approximately 250g of sprouts in 2 – 3 days.
