Bright citrus meets deep, raw cacao. This organic bar combines cacao with creamed coconut and coconut sugar for a naturally sweet, rich base, brightened with a touch of real clementine essential oil and finished with a satisfying crunch of almond pieces. Vegan and gluten free, with nothing refined getting in the way of the flavour. Zesty, indulgent and a little different from the usual bar. 55% Cacao.
Unroasted (raw) cocoa sweetened with coconut sugar (not cane sugar, this is low GI). These bars are always to be enjoyed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Ombar's chocolate is not only sourced from the best of the Ecuadorian cocoa farms, it is also raw. They like to keep it that way, their methods ensure that they preserve as much of natures original goodness as possible - hence why they have six times more flavanols than comparable chocolate brands.
