Organic Ground Cinnamon or True Ceylon Cinnamon has a sweet, warm flavour with notes of citrus and cloves, often associated with Christmas. Cinnamon is indigenous to Sri Lanka and is collected by grinding the bark of the Cinnamomum Verum tree.

Around the world, people believe that Ceylon Cinnamon benefits our health. Specifically, within Ayurvedic practices, it is believed to lower blood sugar, which is why it's so often added to sweet dishes.
