This raw carob powder has all the flavour of traditional roasted carob powder, but has not been heat-treated. It is not as sweet as roasted carob.

Carob has a distinctive dark but sweet flavour which can be used instead of cacao in recipes if you are sensitive to chocolate. Try it with our chocolate medicine flower extract for even more of a chocolate taste!
