Our organic kelp is a nutrient-dense brown sea vegetable, celebrated for its exceptionally high mineral content. Harvested by hand from the pristine coastal waters of Galicia (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese Waters), it is carefully dried and ground into a fine powder to preserve its natural goodness.

Kelp has a rich, umami flavour, making it a fantastic alternative to salt, while being naturally low in sodium. Its slightly fishy taste also makes it a great vegan substitute in dishes where fish sauce is traditionally used — perfect for enhancing Asian cuisine, broths, and marinades.
