"There’s nothing wrong with the taste or texture of this. But I was hoping it would help some medical perimenopausal irregularities I have with my periods, but it hasn’t helped. So perhaps it’s more of a maintenance product that you can use. Taste and feel are herbaceous, but not unpleasant. Formula sounds good on paper but as I said I was buying it for a specific issue with my irregular periods, it hasn’t made a difference."

"I got this product after reading the book raw-chi as these herbs are recommended for women on a raw food diet. I have been high raw (over 90%) for nearly 15yrs and was excited to try it because I just haven't felt quite right and the book explained why that may be, especially living in a colder climate. I've been taking it for about 2-3 weeks now and over all I am starting to feel a bit more balanced out, bit more earthed, it's a subtle change, but feels good and I love taking it. Mostly I taste the cinnamon and it's a really nice cinnamon! Mixes well into a morning tea or added to a smoothie as its not a strong flavour, sweet and pleasant to take. I'd definitely say it's worth a try if you just feel not quite right as a female on raw. I'm starting to feel better and the mix feels nourishing."
