Orders placed before 2pm on Thursday are dispatched for next-day delivery within Mainland UK.
Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be dispatched as usual, except for E3Live, which will be sent the following Monday (we cover the delivery cost) to avoid weekend delays.

📦 Delivery Coordination:
All orders are shipped with next-day delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

❄️ Shipping Method:
Your E3Live is sent in temperature-controlled packaging. It will partially thaw during transit — this is normal and does not affect product quality. It should arrive cold to the touch.
Freeze immediately upon delivery.
