Mercury down, iron up.
"This is lovely chlorella. I’m taking it to try detox mercury and lead which I got from my mother in the womb. I also tend to use it as a chocolate substitute. Mix it with stevia leaf Powder to sweeten and then use it anywhere I would use cacao such as blended with sesame or nuts to make a chocolate drink or stirred with mashed banana. I don’t know if my mercury levels are going down but chlorella has definitely solved my anaemia when iron tablets and liquid iron didn’t. Nothing worked to increase my iron levels but now I have to be careful not to take too much chlorella or I get symptoms of iron overload. But that’s only if I have a cup full. A few tbs is fine."

Really Lovely Creamy Nutty Taste,
"I have never tasted Chlorella before now, I'd always used spirulina (as I quite liked the taste it). But I thought it was time I'd try Chlorella for a change and Wow... such a super soft/smooth feel to it, I mixed it with some organic oat milk, (it mixes very easily) and was Very Pleasantly Surprised to find it had a Really Lovely Creamy Nutty Taste, very moreish..! So, I will certainly be adding a large bag of it to my next order."

"I’ve eaten a raw diet for 20 yrs but always struggled to get enough protein until I started eating Spirulina and Chlorella. They’re not raw but I don’t suffer any bad reactions to them as I usually do to cooked food, now that my body isn’t used to it. I was anaemic for years, and taking iron tablets, liquid iron, various other sources of iron, never worked. Chlorella works so well, I have to limit it, or I get symptoms of iron overload. I eat about 30g Chlorella a day, but I also eat a lot of Spirulina which chelates iron out of your body. (But not calcium, magnesium or zinc) I mix 3tbs Chlorella w 3-4tbs coconut oil, 1tbs green stevia powder, and chopped orange peel. Put in the fridge overnight. Then spread with raw honey (I was vegan but started having honey recently) and coconut cream (freshly made in a Greenstar juicer). I’ve become addicted to this combination. It’s sort of a raw substitute for Cornish cream tea - thunder & lightning (clotted cream and golden syrup) but also satisfies my cravings for chocolate. I prefer Chlorella bars now to chocolate bars. This brand of Chlorella is nicer than the others I used to buy, it smells fresher and looks greener. And buying in bulk is of course cheaper. I compared all the Chlorella brands on the net and this was the cheapest for 5kg."
