"I am possibly peri-menopausal and I have ADHD. I've always been a light sleeper but recently my sleep was dysregulated to the max. So, now I take 3 ashwagandha tabs in the AM and three tabs in the PM, with three magnesium 200mg tabs at night, and I am sleepy. I have been buying this brand for years. "I watched a wonderful series of films called 'Remedy' which detailed the best herbal supplements for various ailments. Ashwagandha was the one that was mentioned most, and as an adaptogen, it is a non-specific remedy; instead it 'adapts' to the body's needs. I don't really have specific health issues, but know I need a bit of a tune-up. So I chose this. It's beneficial on so many levels, and I love that it's from Auroville in India (a sustainable community), so it's the 'real deal'."
