SuperTonic Herbs is the work of Rehmannia Dean Thomas, a tonic herbalist trained within the Gate of Life lineage of Chinese Tonic Herbalism — a tradition with roots stretching back thousands of years.

After completing an eight-year apprenticeship, he was recognised as a Superior Herbalist, and has since spent over two decades working with tonic herbs, refining formulations, and sharing this approach through his writing and teaching.

"A potent life-affirming elixir. Perceptibly good effects on sleep, mood, libido, anti-aging, hormones, body composition, togetherness, etc. Shaman Stack is an amazing company - possibly the best supplier of herbal potions, along with Sun Potion and Wildforce. I like the fact their formulas are highly concentrated, as you get more bang for your buck, and the price tag is justified - 2-3 g a day of this stuff is more than enough, which works out around £1.25 per serving. Take on an empty stomach to maximise the effects. (By the way, it's not a negative, but some will experience intense blast from the past dreams with this due to the wild reishi - like the chaga, it goes straight to your roots, dredging up all kinds of unresolved issues, but often helping you to acknowledge them and even repackage them in more positive ways. Better out than in, as they say.)"
