How to use

Take 5 sprays per day, orally or sprayed onto food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Best taken with food.

The dosage can be easily adjusted to suit adults, children and individual preferences. One spray provides 200IU. Children under 12 can take 2 sprays per day which provides the gov recommended 400IU. Children over 12 years and adults can alter dosage to suit, 5 sprays per day will provide the full serving of 1000IU vitamin D3.
