As a first-generation Iranian American, I learned many traditional Persian remedies that introduced me to the powerful and miraculous benefits of the plant world. Aware of the wisdom and value of ancient traditions, I went on to teach yoga, study plant-based nutrition at the Matthew Kenney Culinary School, and become Reiki certified. I then took some time to travel alongside renowned wellness pioneers and was exposed to many different healing modalities — some that have been used for centuries and others that are newer and use modern-day technologies.

Quickly, the impact and potential of these tools became apparent to me — and I realized the foundation for wellness starts with mental health. It’s our mood that affects how we show up in relationship with ourselves, our partners, our families, and our work colleagues. It’s through rituals and self care practices that we can heal our emotional wounds and expand our world. What began as a wellness platform to share this information quickly grew into a holistic product line to support people in elevating their mood and living their fullest life, naturally.
