"This is my first time trying coconut sugar (on it's own). And wow, what a treat. It really does taste like caramel. It's not sickly sweet like white sugar. I usually use raw honey to sweeten food, but this is perfect for recipes that require a dry ingredient. As with all the products from Raw Living, it's quite a big bag as well and I think the price is really reasonable for what you get. I heard this one sells out, which is why I snapped it up fast, so if you are reading this you probably want to do the same!"
