Castor is a must
"I have been using castor oil for a few years now. I L-O-V-E castor oil. It is incredible for oral hygiene (I add a drop of clove essential oil for oil pulling), for reducing fine and even deeper lines and appearance of scars, and, of course, castor packs are magical. I tend to pack my liver every night for a month or two in springtime when the liver is most active. I not only sleep better, I also get a feeling of lightness in my whole body and especially the right shoulder (it's the gallbladder meridian). I am surprised (or shocked) time and time again how few people actually know about castor oil and its astonishing benefits. I have been telling everybody about oil pulling and packing their liver with it. Of course, we can pack any organ - the lungs during a phlegmy cold, the kidneys to support them in winter or the lower abdomen to help with 'women's things' (like PCOS, fibroids, cysts, adhesions or scar tissue after the C-section etc) and men's (like prostate and bladder issues). Castor oil is a must in my home!"
