Delicious organic kimchi: with a fiery, smoky twist.
Inspired by Korea and fermenting organic vegetables, spices and Celtic sea salt together, this kimchi follows a more traditional Korean recipe and is flavoured with tamari and smoked paprika.
Fermented foods form an important part of the diets of cultures throughout the world. Loving Foods Sauerkraut and Kimchi is naturally fermented using unprocessed Celtic Sea Salt and nothing else but love and time. During this process, the nutrients and natural bacteria present in the vegetables are multiplied, and other compounds that were not present before, are produced.
The final product is not only healthy, but also delicious, and work great as part of a salad, or as a condiment alongside your meals to add flavour, colour and texture.

"The smoky hot flavour profile of this kimchi is so different from anything else I’ve tried. Like all the Loving Foods kimchis and sauerkrauts it is simply amazing."
"I am not a fan of cabbage, don't like sauerkraut at all, and I'd tried other kimchi (even this brand) and didn't rate it much. But this is lovely! You just need to figure out how to prepare it and balance it (for your taste), as it can overpower a dish (slightly acidic-tasting). Eat it raw or very lightly stir-fried or steamed with other veg and it's very tasty. I have bought multiple jars to stock up!"
"I eat a small amount of this tingle on the tongue fermented food, with my lunch everyday, as studies suggest it boosts numerous probiotics, to improve intestinal health. I have found this product easier to digest, compared to a previous consumed (not Loving Foods) sauerkraut."
