"I always have this in the cupboard now because I noticed that many of the tonic herb mixtures for immune defence are basically medicinal mushrooms and astralagus. So I just put it together with Raw Living 14 or 8 Mushroom blend. Or I add it to hot mylk drinks or other plant drinks. I buy lots of the plant powders on this site and drink with hot water and healthy sweetener like stevia and astralagus goes with all of they because it has very little flavour. I’ve developed a soft spot for astralagus because I encounter loads of kids through my work and I think it helped my ward off many bugs last winter! It actually makes me feel more resilient."
