We take whole buckwheat groats (which are actually seeds, not grains), soak them, activate and dehydrate them until they are crunchy. We eat them as a breakfast cereal, add them to trail mixes or put them in chocolate recipes. You can easily blend them into a fine powder and use in your raw / vegan cakes and biscuits.
