Fushi Black Cumin Seed Oil

Known as the “Blessed Seed” for its numerous health benefits, black cumin seed oil has been used for centuries in Arabian, African, and Asian countries.

It is rich in omega-6 and -9, vitamins B1, B2, B3, folic acid, and minerals including iron and calcium. It can be taken internally or used externally as a head or chest rub. Benefits include supporting the respiratory system, boosting vitality, calming the nervous system, and aiding digestion.

Black Cumin Seed Oil may also help improve hair, skin, and nails, and can be used topically for skin conditions such as acne and eczema.

How to use
