Nuts are designed by nature to pass through the body intact, allowing them to retain their integrity and grow into new plants. However, this natural defense also makes it harder for us to access their full nutritional potential.

Through a process known as "activation," we unlock the goodness inside pecans. This involves soaking the nuts to release enzyme inhibitors and phytic acid, followed by low-temperature dehydration to preserve their natural enzymes and nutrients.

The result? A light, crunchy, and incredibly flavourful pecan with a slightly salty taste and a satisfying crisp texture.
