How to use

How to Brew Sleepiteea

Portion Control: Each 75g packet makes approximately 40-60 cups, with each brew providing multiple servings.

Teapot with a Strainer: For best results, brew in a teapot with a built-in strainer to capture the loose leaf blend.

Brewing Method: Add 1/5 of the packet to 1 litre of freshly boiled water.

Multiple Infusions: Don’t discard the herbs after one brew! Each batch can be used two or even three times: First brew = 4 cups Second brew = 4 cups Third brew (optional) = another 4 cups

Balanced Flavour: When adding the mix to your teapot, ensure you get an even distribution of ingredients.By reusing the mix, you can enjoy up to 12 cups of refreshing, revitalizing tea from a single brew.
