Founded in 2014, 8Foods began with a simple mission: to showcase the transformative power of a low-sugar, high-raw diet. After reversing her own pre-diabetic symptoms through nutrition, founder Alexi combined lived experience with academic research, later completing an MSc in Organisational Psychology demonstrating how a high-raw, gluten-free, dairy-free and refined-sugar-free diet can enhance both productivity and emotional wellbeing.

Today, 8Foods and Keto8 create clean, minimally processed products made from whole, recognisable ingredients. Free from artificial additives, sweeteners and fillers, our foods are prepared using traditional low-temperature dehydration to preserve nutritional integrity.

What started in Alexi’s kitchen has grown into a thriving business rooted in science, transparency and real nourishment.
