We are proud to offer premium, organic, cold-cracked Cashew nuts, sourced from Vietnam. Unlike commercially sold cashews, which are usually boiled at high temperatures, our cashews are truly raw. These cashews are cold-cracked, maintaining their natural, creamy texture and soft consistency. This process results in cashews that not only taste richer but are also sproutable when soaked, making them a perfect addition to raw vegan recipes.

The cashew nut comes from a red fruit that resembles an apple. To extract the nut, the fruit is boiled, and the nut is carefully peeled by hand, as it is surrounded by a strong acid. This labor-intensive process ensures that the cashews retain their full flavor and nutritional benefits. Unlike store-bought cashews, our truly raw cashews have a fresher, creamier taste and are softer in texture.
