This natural spread is made from the finest quality organic pumpkin seeds grown in Hungary and Serbia. An excellent source of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, also minerals including zinc and magnesium.

Raw pumpkin seeds are stone milled with a hint of sea salt and then dash of cold pressed pumpkin seed oil is added to create this delicious spread.
