How to use

Start with 1g per day (approx. 1/3 teaspoon), and gradually build up if desired. Mix into water, juice, or a smoothie — best taken away from food.

For enhanced taste, combine with lemon juice or a dash of vitamin C powder. Can be taken once daily or split into two smaller doses.

MSM is very bitter, and the taste can be hard to disguise — the best approach is to stir it into lemon water or orange juice and swallow it down quickly. A typical maintenance dose is around 1 teaspoon per day, working up to 1–2 tablespoons daily if desired. For the hardcore detoxers, you can explore the world of the MSMena (MSM enema) — definitely one for the dedicated! MSM is generally very safe and well tolerated, but some people may experience temporary detox reactions such as headaches, fatigue, or skin itching. If this happens, stop for a few days, hydrate well, and resume at a lower dose.
