We would love to welcome you to our brand new eco-villa in the rice fields. The space has been created with the intention of being a portal into Bali's magic, a space to shift your frequency, and restore your natural sense of harmony with the world.
Villa Waranugraha means Magic Villa. We are situated in the village of Singakerta, just 10 minutes by scooter outside of Ubud, Bali's spiritual mecca. Beaches like Canggu and Candidasa are just one hour away. You have stunning 180 degree views of the rice fields, in your own private beautiful eco-villa. Built with sustainability in mind with all natural materials and furnishings.
Open plan living area with a couch that can also be used as a bed.
Open plan kitchen with dining table and seating for up to six. Fully equipped raw kitchen: high power blender, food processor, super large fridge, dehydrator, milk bag, spiraliser. 2 electric hobs, no oven.
One bathroom in the main house 1 toilet, 2 wash basins, and outdoor shower.
All bedrooms have Queen beds, rice field views, mosquito nets, and ceiling fans.
Two bedrooms in the main house and third self-contained bedroom with ensuite bathroom and fridge in the bamboo house.

Garden with frangipani trees. A balcony which is the perfect space for yoga. Shaded places to sit, or spots to sun yourself in, your choice.
Strong WiFi throughout the villa and in the garden.
Parking for 3 scooters.
All bedrooms are lockable for your peace of mind. The living areas are open plan, this allows for natural ventilation.
Wayan and Vira are on hand for anything you might need, including villa maintenance or transport. We can organise massage, motorbike hire, laundry, day trips to temples, beaches or waterfalls, or anything at all. You will find that the Balinese are the most kind and helpful people, and nothing is too much trouble.

Who Is the Villa Not Suitable For?
Small children, due to the open plan nature of the build and the central Koi pond
Those who prefer some separation from nature
Those who are easily disturbed at night; there is some local ambience from the animals which could be a problem for light sleepers
Those who want to do a lot of cooking: there is no oven, just a double hob, a kettle, and a blender
There is a small service fee on booking, payable once only, non-refundable. (1 person £25, 2 people £40, 3 people £60, 4-6 people £75)

Minimum 3 night booking.
Cancellation Policy:
50% refund on cancellations made at least 7 days before booking. If you cancel 7 days or later before check-in date then there is no refund.
Terms & Conditions: The villa price includes WiFi, electricity, cleaning twice a week, & weekly linen change. Airport transfers (or collection anywhere within 1hr area of villa) 400k IDR (approx £20 UK) All damages and breakages must be paid for in full. Please take out travel insurance.
