They are sourced from Turkey, renowned for having some of the best quality produce in Europe, because of the fertile soil and great climate.

Sun-dried tomatoes bought in the shops are not usually actually dried in the sun. They are heat-treated to preserve them, which destroys a lot of the flavour. Our tomatoes are truly sun-dried.
