This Sauerkraut is a Latin-American inspired Cortido, made with a spicy combination of cabbage, carrot and onion with oregano and red chillies, preserved with salt and lactic acid bacteria. Loving Foods sauerkraut is naturally cultured using organic ingredients and traditional fermentation techniques. This method of preparation has been used for thousands of years.
Fermented foods form an important part of the diets of cultures throughout the world. Loving Foods Sauerkraut and Kimchi is naturally fermented using unprocessed Celtic Sea Salt and nothing else but love and time. During this process, the nutrients and natural bacteria present in the vegetables are multiplied, and other compounds that were not present before, are produced.
The final product is not only healthy, but also delicious, and work great as part of a salad, or as a condiment alongside your meals to add flavour, colour and texture

Then I ventured out and on to their ‘Caraway and Juniper berry’ Sauerkraut ... which is completely Gorgeous! And I have ordered both of these jars again :) Then it was their ‘Ruby Kraut’ I added to the next order .. Yum!! And now I’m trying this ‘ Organic Spicy Cortido ‘ :) Which I thought may be a bit spicy for me? Buut it’s just lovely too! .. Soo at the moment! In a bowl, I’m adding a couple of these mixed flavour Sauerkraut’s :) with a small pile of Raw Living’s Shelled Organic hemp seeds, and a few of their ‘Olive’s Et Al’ range, of olives in Olive oil , and drizzling a little of that gorgeous olive oil over everything!
