"This tea has a lovely flavour with the added benefit of medicinal properties. I'm not sure if this is the right way to brew a tea but I find it so easy and convenient - I take small amounts of each ingredient and pop them into a 1.5 litre flask & add hot filtered water. By the time I come to drink it at work it has brewed well. Small amounts mean it's not too strong, and I can leave it brewing all day just taking cups as and when needed. At the end of the day I just compost the remnants as they're all brewed out, but as so little is used each time the packet still lasts a long time. Easy, lovely tasting tea that leaves me feeling calm and nurtured 😊"
