As kids we loved junk food candy!! Though as we got older we discovered that our favorite candies were packed with corn syrup, GMO’s, refined sugar, preservatives and lots of other ingredients we couldn’t pronounce.
As we learned more about nutrition we started eating more organic, raw & unprocessed foods. The benefits were remarkable (although under EU law we are not allowed to mention them).
