Avocado oil is is rich in Vitamin C, A, B6, Magnesium, as well as Lecithin and Potassium. It penetrates easily and deeply and can be used for dry mature skin types, as well as for sun damaged skin and for people suffering from Eczema or Psoriasis. It helps with skin regeneration and hydration of the skin. Avocado oil increases elasticity of the skin as it contains collagen supporting amino acids and proteins. With a unique naturally occurring nutritional profile and a creamy rich texture, Avocado oil is a wonderful way to hydrate and nourish even the most dry and damaged skin. It is perfect for mature skin types as it is a wonderfully replenishing oil.
It can also be taken internally and can be used as a cooking oil due to it's high smoke point, which prevents free radicals. Avocado oil has a high smoke point of 500 degrees, which means it is safe to cook with at very high temperatures.

This is simply down to our oils never being refined, deodorized or filtered, and does not imply the oil is faulty.

Fushi, meaning ‘eternal life’, began with the combined cultural heritage of Rannesh and Ria and from Ayurvedic family recipes handed down by their grandparents who blended oils and infused herbs to create pure, natural remedies.
In our London Workshop, we still take inspiration from both the old and new and are passionate about delivering pure, honest and carefully created products.
We are honest and transparent about the way we do things. As we grow we continue to build even stronger relationships with our global growers, we source responsibly and care for the environment. We have a conscience and we listen to it.
We are a hardworking, compassionate team, doing all that we can in helping our customers experience and enjoy our products. We have one shared passion. We all care deeply about the planet.
We hand-blend the purest, fresh pressed oils and fresh ground herbs in our London workshop, sourcing our ingredients from this season’s harvest, meaning everything we make is less than three months old.
