I have found I have

"I have found I have benefitted from taking a variety of tinctures sold by Raw Living. This one in particular is excellent. However so too is Dragon Herbs Diamond Mind which is half the price. I think the price tag comes from the addition of Cordyceps which I think does enhance mood. Generally speaking they seem to enhance mood and make you feel calm. My sleeping has improved because of them and stubborn excema that I had developed since receiving my Covid vac has greatly improved. I do take them regularly though, up to four times a day. They impart an overall sense of well being and calmness and help low mood. They definitely help sleep. I feel I may have had adrenal fatigue due to a sudden unexpected family bereavement which left me feeling stressed for years after and these tinctures have helped me feel more positive and content and not as fearful. My diet has always been excellent but these take you to another level. It’s hard to explain how or why but they do. I also think they help give you energy although that may be just because I am sleeping so much better on them. I would highly recommend. I have experimented with them and I am going to stick to a couple a month. The cost of a good bottle of wine a week. I love wine but I’m going for the tinctures."
